Douglas W. Fifer

Assistant Secretary

Douglas W. Fifer is a police officer with the Anchorage Police Department. He is also a union representative of the Anchorage Police Department Employee Association. Fifer owns a small business in South Anchorage, WineStyles.

Fifer earned a Bachelor of Science, Occupation Education degree from Wayland Baptist University in 2004. He is currently pursuing a Master of Arts degree in Management, with an emphasis on Human Resources Management, at Wayland Baptist University.

Fifer was elected to the Board of Directors in 2006. His three-year term on the Board ends in 2012. He serves as a director of Cook Inlet Tribal Council.
