SOPHIE MINICH
Chief Operating Officer
Sophie Minich heads CIRI's business development unit and is responsible for new investments. She has been a CIRI vice president since 1999 and has served as the company's chief financial officer and senior vice president of business development.
Minich is Athabascan and a CIRI and Doyon shareholder. She grew up in Seward, Alaska, and earned a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Alaska Anchorage.
Minich currently serves as a director of The CIRI Foundation, the Anchorage School Business Partnership and the Anchorage Economic Development Corp. Minich is also a trustee of Alaska Regional Hospital and the CIRI Elders' Settlement Trust.
