Dave Pfeifer
Vice President, Real Estate
Dave Pfeifer oversees the development of CIRI's real estate projects, partnerships and team. He also serves as president of CIRI's wholly owned subsidiary, CIRI Land Development Co. (CLDC), which primarily focuses on real estate investment and development. CLDC has projects underway in California, Texas and Alaska.
Pfeifer has extensive experience in Alaska real estate and banking. Before coming to CIRI, he was the chief executive officer of Imaging Associates of Providence. Pfeifer previously served as the regional director of real estate for Providence Health Systems Alaska, where he master-planned and developed their $300 million South Campus expansion, including the redevelopment of the Alaska Psychiatric Institute. He also held the position of assistant administrator for ancillary services at Providence Health Systems.
Prior to Providence, Pfeifer was the chief executive officer of Valley Hospital in Alaska's Matanuska Valley. He also held the positions of chief financial officer and chief operating officer during his tenure at Valley Hospital. Pfeifer began his professional career in banking with National Bank of Alaska as assistant vice president running the Palmer branch.
Pfeifer has graduate degrees from the University of Denver in real estate development and construction management and the University of Minnesota in healthcare administration. He also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of Alaska.
