All directors, officers, and employees of CIRI are committed to the highest level of legal, ethical, and moral standards in the conduct of our business, based on a fundamental belief in law, honesty, fair dealing, and open competition.

Every person at CIRI conducts himself or herself professionally, competently, honestly, diligently, and courteously, and complies with all state, federal, and local laws, rules, and regulations as well as company rules and directives while performing service on behalf of CIRI.

The Code of Business Conduct and Compliance has been written to guide us along a common path and help us put our values into action. It is the responsibility of each person at CIRI to read this document in its entirety and to uphold its principles.
