CIRI Dividend Policy

The CIRI Board of Directors unanimously adopted a dividend policy at its Feb. 23, 2007 meeting, effective immediately, whereby the total CIRI dividend payment to shareholders in any given year is equal to 3.25 percent of the total shareholders' equity, calculated as of Dec. 31 of the prior year, with such total annual dividend amount to be paid out in four installments on those dates of record as may be approved by the Board of Directors.

Quarterly dividends will continue to be distributed at the end of March, June, and September and in mid-December, with dividends for each of the first three quarters representing approximately 24% of the total, and the fourth payment approximately 28% of the total. The higher amount for the fourth quarter dividend reflects CIRI's tradition of paying an additional distribution prior to the holiday season.

Once the Board passes a resolution declaring each actual distribution date and amount, that information will be announced in Raven's Circle , the CIRI newsletter, via e-mailed announcements, and on this Web site.
